Billing FAQ
- Are 3 accounts free with every pricing tier?

Yes, each company is entitled to 3 free Essential accounts no matter which plan you
choose. However, these accounts are only Essential accounts. If you wish to upgrade
the users with the Essential accounts, you will be able to reallocate the free accounts
to other individuals.
Ie, if Company X has 3 free Essential Accounts, and purchases 100 Premium accounts
(upgrading the Essential Account users), there will now be 3 free Essential accounts
available.
- How will I be billed?

You'll input your credit card billing information in the checkout process. Once
a month, we'll automatically deduct the amount owed for the coming month. After
a month of service has begun, you are responsible for the charges for that month.
Should you choose to cancel your service, you will be responsible for paying that
month's service fees in full.
Note: Refunds cannot be issued
and partial months cannot be prorated.
- What types of payment can I use?
- How do I buy licenses for my team?

You'll purchase a "set" of licenses when you checkout, which you can forward to your team members. You'll have a page to view
the currently used licenses, and can add or subtract licenses from here. Any changes in license numbers
will be reflected in the next billing cycle.
- Do I have to sign a long term contract?

Nope. All payments are month to month. When you sign up, you are responsible to pay
for any months of service you enter into. But you can cancel at any time, and we won't bill you again.
- Are there volume user discounts?

Yes, accounts with over 100 users will be discounted 10% on all users past the 100th
paying user (your 3 free accounts do not count).
- Can I upgrade/downgrade accounts at any time?

We're committed to keeping your data safe. The LessMeeting service is hosted by
Microsoft on their highly available Azure Infrastructure, a system built for security compliance and with locked
down access. Azure adheres to many of the industry standards for security compliance,
such as SAS 70 Type I and Type II attestations and ISO/IEC 27001:2005 certification.
Our web software is updated regularly with the latest security patches, and our
Outlook plug-in will automatically stay up to date with the latest patches.

The gist: you pay by the month, you can cancel at any time, you have sole
rights to your meeting content, you agree to adhere to acceptable use and you will
not violate copyright laws.
